12/09/03 .:. Car Painted / "The Project"
Well, i had a bit of a car scare, i was leaking oil into the air filter pan, and i had replaced hte PCV valve and due to enormous oil flowing out of the engine while i had it jacked up, i figured it to be a ring. Today i went to gabes and we toar the throttle body out and found that the vacuum lines had air flow. so we cleaned out the throttle body real good with some carb cleaner and hooked everything back up and it all worked great so, got away there phew! For christmas i believe a guy i used to know from hockey (he was a coach) is repaiting my car. guess my parents are ganan pay for it as my christmas present, so im thinking Bright GM white with Gold Pearl and GoldDual race stripes, since they match my rims and interior so very well. Cody an i have come along way with discovering what we need for "the project" getting that L98 350 up anrunning. i got a job at church now, so i will be able to fun this project soon enough. hoping to get that engine done by end of febuary, and in the car by spring break. Plans for the car to be repaiting are in effect for middle-end of january. Off to bed, night
