Sweet & Sour Pork

1 Tbsp. oil

3/4lb boneless pork cut into cubes

1 cup green and red bell peppers cut in strips

1/4 cup reduce sodium soy sauce

3 Tbsp. brown sugar

3 Tbsp. vinegar

1 Tbsp. cornstarch

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 can (8oz.) pineapple chunks in juice

1 1/2 cup rice

Heat oil in a large skillet on med-hi heat, add pork, stir fry 1-2 minutes.

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder and pineapple, add to skillet, bring to a boil

Cook rice and serve with pork mixture.
