Sweet Potato Souffle
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick of margaine
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix and bake for 30 minutes. 300 degrees
TOPPING
1/2 cup margaine
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
Melt
on top of the stove, add topping to souffle and bake an additional 15 minutes.
300 degrees.
