Spinach Salad

1 pkg. fresh spinach, uncooked

4-6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled. (bacon bits can be used)

1/2 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing

Fresh onion or french fried onion
 

~Recipe for the dressing~

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup cider vinegar.

1/3 cup oil.

3 tbsp. prepared mustard.

Celery seed, to taste.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Heat until blended. Server warm over spinach salad.
