PCE is for version 2 of Rhinoceros.  Currently there is only a Windows 2000/XP version.

To install, copy the pointcloudeven.rhp file to the plug-ins subfolder of your Rhinoceros folder (probably under Program Files\Rhinoceros\Plug-ins\)

To use the plugin, simply type pointcloudeven and the command prompt in Rhino, Select the points you want to process and type in a value for the clearance.  Remember to always use a decimal point, even if you are using a whole number.

A bitmap is also available in the download area for an icon.  Create a new button in one of your exisiting toolbars, or create a new toolbar and a new button.  Edit the button (Shift right-click on it) and choose edit bitmap, and load the file into the bitmap editor.  Exit the bitmap editor and in the Edit Toolbar Button window, type pointcloudeven in the 'left mouse button command' area.  Click OK and you now have a button for easy access to the pointcloudeven command.
