| My name is Gautam Ghosh and I am a HR and Training professional based out of India. I work in the areas of Management & Professional Development, Organizational Learning, and Knowledge Management. My other areas of interests are Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Communities of Practice, Cross-Cultural Working, and Learning Organizations. I currently work for a HR Consulting firm called Tvarita Consulting. Have worked earlier for Deloitte, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Erehwon Consulting and Satyam Computer Services Ltd. I am an alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur, the premier institute in OB and HR in Asia. I did my Personnel Management & Industrial Relations Post Graduate course from there in 1999. I manage various egroups on the web, some of which are focussed on Human Resources and Knowledge Management. I have also been an invited speaker to a Management institute in Bangalore.
