At the basis of war and crime lies ignorance about principal matters. This desk is dedicated to giving definition to underlying concepts. Subscribers to this desk will get copy as it comes.

A quest for happiness is a common denominator for all humankind. Likewise are degrees of selfishness and ignorance common to all. In every heart there is a desire for fulfilment in peace. In every heart there is a craving for fulfilment by conquest. Gassebon's mind is tuned towards resolving the conflicts that arise from this innate duality of human ambition.

A nose for sensible solutions ?   - -   then read on : a think tannk is leaking onto Gassebon's desk. Gassebon is shaping the droplets into words, but the real test is what you can make of it ...pick up the scent, be first to get your teeth into it. Food for thought ...understandable but different.

Gassebon suffers no formal schooling in philosophy --- it comes by itself. So Gassebon is at risk of producing paranoid drivel, which leaves you with the task of seeing how well these bubbles of home-grown logic can fit a sensible scheme of things, a world with less war and more hope.

Every perspective may reveal a different aspect of the problems we face from day to day.

'Peace on earth means peace for me'  and  'A happy world means happiness for me'  may sound like fanciful aspirations, but they do make sense on any scale. --- and we'll get there yet!  ;From nuts and bolts to sensible beliefs or not, Gassebon looks at the hardware and software of the world we live in with a critical eye.
