Orchids at Selby Gardens

Gardens_342 web page has been created to display photographs taken by Jim Cope at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota Florida. The primary photographic emphasis will be on the orchid collection at Selby. Other photographs taken in and around the gardens will also be displayed from time to time. Shortly after moving to Sarasota in September 2002, I started volunteering at Selby Gardens in the Display House. My volunteering took me to Selby Gardens weekly. On each visit to Selby different plants were on display. As often as possible I photographed these plants, especially orchids that I found most interesting. I hope that you find these photograph as interesting as I do.
