meandering meditations...

You know, I'd like to believe that just because I'm fond of alliteration doesn't mean I'm that amateur a writer.  Some of my original work and research studies have seen print in literary journals (Manila's "Pintig Diwa," for instance).

My poetry is decidedly rhythmic.  I'm not a free verse fan, primarily because I think it's equally difficult, if not more difficult, to come up with good rhythm and rhyme in a poem.

I am more of a fictionist, though, according to my professors.  I don't know if that speaks well of my fiction or horribly of my poetry.

STRIP new and online!

Understandably, everyone writes essays, and I am no exception.  Some of my work has seen print in publications like the defunct Cutting Edge, as well as PinoyPlanet.com.  I'm also looking forward to publishing in MyLifeMyStyle.com, PinoyCentral.com, Pulp Magazine and the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Then I wrote a play.  My friends and I staged it for my Master's Degree at the Ateneo back when I took it there, and it went pretty well.  So well, in fact, that we staged it again last November.  Read all about it.
