I am always seeking new challenges where I can utilize my skills and contribute all my knowledge and expertise. I am dedicated to my profession and continue to grow and develop
as a Personal trainer and Coach. I am certified as an Aerobics and Pilate’s instructor and Personal Training. I have studied Sports Management for three years at Liberty University. I have worked as a personal trainer at several gyms such as LA Fitness in Hollywood LA, Balleys Gym in Hollywood LA, LA Fitness in Miami FL, Crunch in Miami Beach FL. Early in my career I worked as an intern at Gold`s Gym for Liberty University to gain more experience in the field of Professional Training, and as a substitute Personal Trainer at the YMCA Prattville mainly dealing with strength and reduction (one-on-one training).

From March 2002 to June 2006 I was with the VIF Trolls in Oslo Norway where I played American Football and coached Norwegian players on the intricacies of the sport. In the off season playing for VIF Trolls in Oslo, I also played for the Dresden Monarchs of Germany.
