This enables you to enable your waypoints for each act.

Quest: The quest you wish to complete/uncomplete.
Complete all quests for *Difficulty*: You can choose the Difficulty, then click this button to complete all the quests.
Quest started checkbox: Whether the quest has started. The Quest log will show your instructions.
Return for reward checkbox: Check this box to enable you to return to whoever gave you the quest for a reward.
Completion Flag 1 & 2: Whether the quest is completed. Both checkboxes must be checked for it to be completed.
Quest completed: Whether the quest is completed by multiplayer.
Stage 1-6 checkboxes: I dunno wat this is, but it must have some use. Probably it is whether you completed a part of a quest or not.
Enable Cow Level for this difficulty: The famed Cow Level! I love this option. Click this button to enable Cow level. To get to Cow level, get Wirt's leg from Tristram and use the Horadric cube to combine it with a tome of town portal. You must be in the Rogue encampment and you must have killed Diablo in this difficulty. This works only once per difficulty, so if you want to play again, click this button.

I just LOVE the Cow Level. Moo moo, moo moo moo.. It just cracks me up. Especially when I use my Sorceress's spells to mass kill hordes of cows. The outcry of moos are just music to my ears! :)

Notice that warning written across the top? It is there for something.
Actually, if you are smart enough, item editing is easy. You won't get hosed if your items are legit to the system. Hats can only have two sockets. Some swords can only have two sockets as well. Only hats, weapons and shields have sockets.

For some of you, the pictures of the items are not shown. This is because you have not downloaded the image of items pack from John Doe's website and unzipped it into the directory where John Doe's editor resides.

To select an item, click on it. To select an empty slot, click on it. To dupe the item, click on an item and drag to an empty slot. CTRL - X to cut and CTRL - C to copy  the item.

Items on corpse: Items on your corpse. You can click and drag items from your inventory to the box here.
Gemming info: The types of gems in your item. As I said, hats can only have two sockets. Some swords can only have two sockets as well. Only hats, weapons and shields have sockets. The first box is the type of gem, the second is the quality and the third box is redundant.
Unique Items: What unique item is the item selected. Not all uniques are listed, time is required to identify the various uniques. (I think not all uniques are listed, I'm not sure.) Select the item, set Item Quality to Unique, then select the unique item you want it to be from this box.
Set Items: Of what set is the item selected. I'm not sure if all Sets are listed.  Select the item, set Item Quality to Set, then select the Set you want it to be from this box.
New potion in Selected slot: Creates a Full Rejuvenation potion in the selected slot. After creating a potion, you can change the item base type to whatever item you want.
Load item into Selected slot: Load a item you downloaded from the internet into the selected slot. Item file extensions are .item, .ite, .d2i
Save selected item: Save the item for you to distribute to friends. Item file extensions are .item, .ite, .d2i
Remove selected item: Delete the worthless, useless, crappy item.
Item Description: คุณสามารถพิมพ์ description สำหรับ item.
Item Base type: Type of item. Is it a sword, a shield or a potion? Choose here.

Find armor defense: Find the defense of the particular item. Click on the piece of armor, then click this box. Click and drag the slider to the desired defense value and click search. After it is done, click close.

Modifier level restriction: This is a rough indicator of the minimum level required to use the item. The higher the modifier, the more prefixes and suffixes you can choose, but the higher the requirements.
Magic Dword 1 & 2: This determines what prefixes and suffixes your item has. Yes. It looks like gibberish. This is what the entire savegame file looks like: gibberish! Be thankful that John Doe is kind enough to make things simple for us. :) Certain websites are featuring a Magic Dword sharing thingie. I do not meddle with this, you shouldn't meddle with this box either.
Choose Prefix & Suffix: The very feature that I love. There are two types of Choose prefix & suffix boxes, depending on whether the item is a magic or a rare item. First: the magic item box.

Allowable search time (seconds): I dunno what this does, but apparently, it limits your search time. You can set it to a bigger time, but really, it's redundant.
Desired Prefix: Choose the prefix you want the item to have.
Restrict Prefix Modifiers: Check this if you want the item to make sure it has the prefix that is selected.
Suffix match required: Check this if you want the item to make sure it has the suffix that is selected.
Desired Suffix: Choose the Suffix you want the item to have.
Restrict Suffix Modifiers: I don't know what is this. Don't bother with it.
Modifier slide: I also don't know what is this. Don't bother with it either.

That's the Magic item box. Now, the Rare Item box.

"Prefix" & "Suffix": The name. I think it has no effect on the item. It's just a name. I think. :P
Require prefix match & Require suffix match checkboxes: Uncheck these. The name doesn't have much effect. Unless you want your search to continue for hours and hours, uncheck these.
Update Frequency slide: You can see the search generate random attributes, then move on to the next one if it dosen't match. This slide adjusts how fast it updates the screen. Set it to slow for a faster search.
Modifiers: The attributes of the item are shown here. It is not 100% accurate, but it's good enough. :)
Auto close on search completion?: Sets the box to automatically close after it finishes it's search.
Required Modifiers for Search: Set the number of required prefixes and suffixes, set the prefixes and suffixes you want and hit the search button. Presto! You've got the rare item of your dreams.
Search button: Begin the search.
Close button: Close the box.
