Information - Security Screw Bits
If you are like me, you like to take apart your systems and clean them up real good, or you like to try to repair them yourself if they dont work. If so, you probably know that some systems such as SNES, Game Boy, Game Gear and others seem impossible to get into. They have those strange little screws on them that are designed to keep you from messing with them, and you have tried every tool you can think of to get the screws loose, but nothing works.
The fact is, the manufacturers assemble their products this way so that you wont be able to mess with them. Taking apart such systems requires a special tool that only the dealers can seem to get their hands on.
In the past, I have searched all of the home improvement stores nearby and havent come close to finding a special tool for this purpose. I finally found a seller on eBay (gturnabout) who sells these tools.
