Simmerset is a suburban Sim community close to the Sim City Center and Vacation Island.   We offer the best of quiet suburban living in close proximity to the culture and attractions of the big city and the numerous nearby vacation resorts which offer recreation for the entire family.

Our community is nestled in the beautiful Sim Valley, and is a planned development neighborhood. The land on which Simmerset is built was once farmland owned by Zecharias Martin who founded Simmerset. His grandchildren are concerned with creating an environmentally friendly Sim community.   The Martin family consists of Zelma, fondly known in Simmerset as Grandma Martin, and the grandchildren, Robert Tysen, George Phillip, Christopher, and Melissa Ann. George Phillip is the spokesman for Simmerset.

Simmerset has its own painter in Barbara Jones who resides at No.1 Simmerset Road.  She has recently completed a portrait of "The Beautiful Arlo" Simmerset's very own pekingese.
