Universal Time (GMT)

We use the Universal Time (UT) or Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to synchronize the meditation hours of The Wave.
In this page you will find a Java clock with the actual GMT time and your local meditation hours.
To use these timetables your computer time zone and clock must be correctly configured.
