Obituary-- Mrs. Jessie Van Ruiswyk, 84, a former resident of Waupun who
lived at Riverdale Manor Nursing Home for the past three and a half years, died July 25 following a
four month illness. Mrs. Van Ruiswyk was born July 3, 1893, in the town of Alto, a daughter of
Jacob and Jacobus Fidder Riel. She was married to Henry Van Ruiswyk Nov. 18, 1914, in Alto.
The couple farmed until his death in 1955 when she retired to Waupun. Survivors include three sons,
William, Jacob, and James, all of Waupun; one daughter, Mrs. Gordon (Elizabeth) Bille, Waupun;
six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ella Van Loo, Waupun; and nieces
and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Emmanuel Reformed Church
where she had been a member. The Rev. George Chermak officiated. Visitation was held at Kohls
Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 4 to 9 p.m. Interment was in Forest Mound Cemetery.

Gordon A. Bille, 72, of Waupun, died Sunday May 30, 1999, at his home.
The funeral was Wednesday, June 2, at Emmanuel Reformed Church, Waupun. Burial was in Forest Mound Cemetery, Waupun.
Mr. Bille was born April 26, 1927, in the town of Alto, Wis., son of Henry and Ruth (Wellhouse) Bille. He was married to Elizabeth Van Ruiswyk.
He lived in Waupun all of his married life, and was employed by Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, Wis., retiring in 1989. He was a member of Emmanuel Reformed Church, Waupun and was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War in Korea and Japen.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth of Waupun; one sister Dorothy Van Ruiswijk of Brandon, Wis., several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends called on Tuesday, June 1, at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home, Waupun, and on Wednesday, June 2, at the church.

Norma Van Ruiswyk, 54, of 100 Taylor St., Waupun, died Saturday, April 15, 1995 at her home, following a two year battle with cancer.
Funeral services were Tuesday, April 18 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waupun. The Rev. Knopp officiated. Burial was in Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun.
Mrs. Van Ruiswyk was born Jan. 24, 1941 in the town of LeRoy, the daughter of Adolph and Ida (Ruhland) Feller. She married James Van Ruiswyk on June 25, 1983 in Waupun.
She was employed by the Ideal Shoe Factory in Waupun for 15 years and later was employed by Waupun Memorial Hospital in the dietary department for 17 years. She was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waupun.
Survivors include her husband, James; her mother, Ida Feller, a resident of the Christian Home in Waupun; a sister, Alice (Robert) Klarkowski of Juneau; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends called at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home, Waupun, on Monday, April 17, from 5 to 8 p.m.
