ISRAEL

The Restoration of Israel was and is one of The Body of Christ's core beliefs. The belief is:

before the Lord's return to catch away the remnant of the 144,000 in the Bride of Christ, the Body of Christ Ministry will have restored the Gospel back to the Jews, and the Jewish Nation will then become the place where Christ will rule the World. All of the promises to Abraham, the prophets and Israel will be fulfilled

Bro Sowders was asked a question: Are the Jews going back to Jerusalem and see the glory of God as they once saw it? Bro Sowders answered: Yes, the country that is in the flames of hell now, is one day going to produce and be the greatest spot in the world.The Jews are going back home to their country which will be the richest grandest country in the world and things are happening today to prove that is a fact. It will be the commercial center of the entire world. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 158 vol. 5)

This belief comes from a revelation to our Founder, Bro William Sowders. Bro Sowders taught the parable of the Prodigal Son was about the Jewish Nation.

Bro Sowders said; When the Jew comes back, there will be a people able to shod him with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. There will be no hob nails in it. There will be a people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, with the light shining as seven days. When? When the Lord bindeth up the breach of His people. Are you getting ready Lord? Anybody can say he is getting ready to do that very thing. We will put the best robe on him first. The best robe is the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We find the best robe in Galatians 3: 26-27,  For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. That is the best robe. When they get that robe on, it will be a different robe from any they ever wore. Nicer than your pretty suit Bro. Ford.

Put the best robe on him that is the first work to be done. Then put shoes on his feet - the second work to be done. The third work is to put a ring on his finger- the token on an endless love, never to be covered from the favor of God anymore.

They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat; for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.(Isa 65:22) (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 113/114 vol. 5)

Bro Sowders said ;And the time is coming when the gulf is so narrow we can get to them and God always goes before as is said in the book of Acts; And as many as were ordained to eternal life believed. (Acts 13:48) (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 158 vol. 5)

Bro Sowders said, You will never interest that Jew with a guitar and a few special songs, or some dry sermons.No, he will laugh at you. I will tell you what will happen, he will see some Bread of Life gifts being given, it will arouse and stir his curiosity and will cause them to be added to the fold of God. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 54 vol. 1)

Bro Sowders went on to say; The Jew will come in gradually one here, one there, and they will be equipped and put in the body; Until the church will gradually be changed from Gentile to Jew. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 53 vol. 1)

Bro Sowders said; Benjamin is a type of the Gentiles. If you would remember the brethren, could not get their corn until they went back and got Benjamin. Joseph asked for the younger brother. The Jew must come on with his Benjamin - he must recognize the Gentile portion of the church before you can get anything from God. As Isaiah said in 61; 6-7, They shall rejoice in their portion. However when the Jew comes in they will have a great-great zeal. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 53 vol. 1)

Speaking of the Jews hearing the message of the Gospel, Bro Sowders said;That is one thing God is doing today. He's equipping the people to give the gospel to the Jews. It is a lot to say, but the churches don't have the gospel. They have the historical part, and can tell you what it says but not what it means.

Bro Sowders said; In the next dispensation, the Jews will be brought in. God is ripening them, and they will come in by the thousands. In Jeremiah  I have surely heard Ephriam be moaning himself thus: Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke; turn thou me and I shall be turned: (Jer 31:18) God will have to turn them before they repent. Bro Sowders said;  And God is going to turn the Jews directly. When he does, he will turn them as a nation. It will be a time for them to rise from the dust and put on beautiful garments.

Bro Sowders said; Therefore, they are going back to receive the promises made to Abraham, - - the Prophets - - and Israel. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 133)

Bro Sowders stated; That (Jerusalem) will be the religious center of the world and everything will go to Jerusalem, and the gospel will come out from Jerusalem.

Bro Sowders said; Jesus Christ will set up a Kingdom to rule for 1,000 years.(HIS BRIDE.) The Jewish people will have the gospel and will rule the religious and political world. (The Gospel of the Kingdom 2ed page 394 vol. 1)

When God proclaims the right time for the restoration the Jewish nation will come to himself. Bro. Sowders taught; he (Israel) won't arise until the time God lets him arise.

There will be a people able to shod him with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace. Bro Sowders taught us we, The Body of Christare these people, the people to deliver the Gospel to Israel.
