Attention all bird hunters! The Fed could fine you $5,000 and incarcerate you if you kill a bald eagle or crush its egg. Attention all baby hunters! You could be rewarded $700 for aborting an unborn baby! The September 20th CDT reported a Mr. Covert, who allegedly killed a bald eagle, our national symbol, and has been charged by federal court. He broke the law and should pay, but one can't help but say with Covert's mother-- "This was just a bird." Why is the symbolic bird valued above the special baby? The unborn baby is also an endangered "species" because America's population would be declining were it not for immigration. The dramatic decrease in the birth rate will have devastating economic effect since shortly there'll be more grandparents than young children and fewer wage-earners to support those retired. The order: abortion, higher taxes, euthenasia, JUDGMENT. Regarding Rabbi Brown's CDT rebuttal to my comparing Joe Lieberman's pro-abortion stand to the Old Testament pro-life position...he irreverantly interprets Exodus 21:22 by saying that only if a pregnant mother's body is harmed in a fight should the inflicter be punished. Exodus 21:23 states, "if mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life." No wording whatsoever exists to defend the mother and discriminate against the baby who might be born dead or harmed. Does Rabbi Brown rewrite the Old Testament to justify his lobbying Congress to sustain Clinton's veto of a bill outlawing sucking brains out of babies? (THEY LEFT THIS QUESTION OUT. I SUPPOSE THEY CONSIDERED IT LIBELOUS OR DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO FIND OUT THAT HE DID LOBBY CONGRESS TO NOT PASS THE PARTIAL-BIRTH ABORTION BAN. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE RABBI WOULD BE OPPOSED TO THIS INFO GETTING OUT SINCE PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION IS SUCH A WONDROUS VIRTUE TO HIM.
