For those of you who have visited here before, you're probably noticing some changes. I have decided to take this site to the next level. As I am healing, I find that my need to help others grows stronger each day.
This site will be devoted to information regarding abuse related crimes and illnesses/disorders/conditions, as well as stories and works by survivors. This site will also be devoted to my second passion...writing, art, and poetry. |

As my healing progresses, I find that I have no reason to hide behind 'a secret identitiy'. I wasn't the one who did anything wrong. Although I like Gabriel, Nicole Thomas is my writing name (pen name). My abusers are still free, but I feel that they will be judged by a much higher power than a court of law, and that is good enough for me.
I warn those that come here: this site contains mature material that many may find hard to believe. I have tried to make it as safe as I can, but you can not mask any type of ab*se or it's affects. The affects of child ab*se or any ab*se are devestating. My goal here is to show what abuse does and how we can make a difference, just by speaking out. I refuse to be a victim any longer! |

Many parents often wonder how to teach their young children about good touches/bad touches and secrets. I was among those parents. As a abuse survivor myself, I am constantly worried about my daughters. I do talk to them about good and bad touches and to tell mommy or daddy if someone hurts them or makes them do something they don't want too. But I felt that wasn't enough. So I wrote a children's book about this subject called Molly and The Secret.
