Born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome

Congenital Heart Defects (CHD's) occur in at least 8 out of every 1,000 infants, or 35,000 to 40,000 infants born each year. Currently, there are at least 35 recognized defects.

On the 27th day of November, 2000, our family, like so many others, became part of this statistic. With the birth of our son, Cameron, we were thrown into a world we scarcely knew existed.

Come read about our son and his amazing journey. If you are a parent of a child with HLHS, or about to become one, we hope this will give you a little HOPE.... there is always Hope!
