My name is Erwin. My hobbies are camping, skiing,
mountain biking, and remote controlled cars, real CARS, great food, watching the X-Files and last but not least...motorcycles. Follow my links on the bottom of the page to find out more about mountain bikes, cars, and motorcycles.
I started out with cars and now I am getting into motorcycles. I just bought my first motorcycle on June 3, 1998. Do not think that I will for a second forget about cars. The thought of power and speed that accompanies the word motorcycle just might be enough for me too...nah, I don't think I will jump over to the world of two wheeled high speed machines just because I bought one and love every minute that I am on it. Cars and bikes are two very different, yet very similar machines.
Cars are much safer and stable. Even if a car were just as fast a motorbike the feelings would be totally different.
Motorcycles on the other hand have this feeling of freedom once you start riding one. Your body will now be expose to your environment, like the wind, rain, rocks, insects, etc.
