Doris Jones
Doris recorded the exceptional disco track "No way out" in late 1977
on the United Artists label. It's highly danceable and has the flavour of the Grace
Jones track "That's the trouble". It's written and produced by Ian
Levine, the famous London disco DJ, who also produced acts like Barbara
Pennington.
Doris moved with Ian to AVI records in 1979 and produced the slightly
inferior follow-up hit "Possessed".
