Proposed site of new football pitch at Buckfield. The field was donated to Fuerty G.A.A club by the late Brian and Margaret Mulhern of Stamford, New York, U.S.A.  Brian was a native of Aughagower, Castlecoote, Co. Roscommon.

ATHLEAGUE HURLING TEAM- COUNTY CHAMPIONS 2003

CHAMPIONS-The Athleague hurling panel who ended the club's 25 year wait for the County Senior Hurling Championship. The panel was powered up by no fewer then eighteen Fuerty men.
