Following the Spirit of
the United Nations Charter, the
Foundation for the Support of the United
Nations (FSUN)
was established in .
FSUN is an International Non Governmental
Organization (NGO) to promote world-wide
interchanges for the peace and prosperity
of humankind.
FSUN is a non-profit organization
tax-exempted from the New York State and
the Federal Governments.
FSUN has 1,200 active members in 5
countries around the world. In 1996, FSUN
was qualified for the "General
Consultative Status" of Economic and
Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United
Nations. FSUN as a General Consultative
NGO is now entitled officially to express
opinions and submit proposals for ECOSOC
and its subsidiary organizations and
programs. |
