Spring Training Game 2: Blue Jays 5 vs. Twins 2—FINAL

Game Time: 2 hours 39 minutes—Attendance: 6,962

Props to:

*Jays offense – They were patent at the plate in the third inning, which won the game for them. Put it away in the 4th with another run.

*Joe Mays – First time pitching in a live game such as this for a year in a half + and he came in all business, nice job.

*Joe Nathan – Picked up where he left off. 6 up 6 down.

*Jays pitching staff – The kept the Twins to 2 runs.

Flops to:

*J.C. Romero – Also picked up where he left off, of not getting people out and doing something wrong. Walking guys to fill the bases and than walking runs in is not ok, at any time of the season.

*Twins at bats late in the game – A lot of pop up and fly outs, which means they were trying to do too much.
