The Amazing Race 7 Thoughts and The Race

Uchenna/Joyce [P 3; H 1; L 8] The Amazing Race is where 11 teams of 2 race around the world for a cash prize of $1,000,000. All groups start out at the same place at the same time. They collect route markers that tell them where they need to go or what they need to do. For each episode a route marker will have a detour, which is a choice between two tasks, both having their own pro and con, and both member of the groups have to complete. There are also road blocks, which one member of the group has to complete, no member may complete more than 6 throughout the entire race. The decision on who will do the road block has to made before they know what it is. The last team to arrive at a check point is eliminated. There are however 4 pre determined non-elimination legs. The seventh season of The Amazing Race is set to premiere with a two hour episode on Tuesday, March 1 at 8:00 PM CST. The Amazing Race 7 will feature Rob and Amber from Survivor: All Stars The Amazing Race won over Survivor and American Idol in the category of Best Reality Competition in the 2003 Primetime Emmy Awards. And now is the winner for the 2004 Primetime Emmy Awards, also beating both The Apprentice and Last Comic Standing. |
