In the 2004 ALDS, Twins vs. Yankees Mark Wegner earned his way to the Blacklist.

In Game 1 ALDS he called a few questionable check swings balls or strikes that were not what he was calling. Enough to stick out.

In Game 2 of the ALDS he was the home plate ump. The strike zone started out tight, than opened up. Bad for both teams, and not Blacklist worthy during the regular season, but in the playoffs there is no room for it.
