Mat. 16.1 The Pharisees with the Sadduccees came and tempting desired Him that He would show them a sign from heaven.
16.2 He said unto them,"When it is evening, ye say, 'it will be fair weather: for the sky is red.'
16.3 And in the mourning, 'it will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring.'
O ye hypocrites, ye can descern the face of the sky: but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
16.4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeking after a sign; and there shall be no sign, but the sign of the prophet Jonas." And He left them and departed.

What is this sign of Jonas. [gr]. (Jonah heb.) Jonah was in the whale's belly for 3 days. The Hebrew word for whale being tanniym. Definition being a marine or land monster ie. a sea-serpent or jackal:-dragon, sea-monster, serpent, whale.
Christ would be in the grave for three days and is it by coincidence that satan is called dragon and serpent and death. Christ did overcome death.

Jeremiah 23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture! saith the LORD.
2. Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed My People; Ye have scattered My flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doing, saith the Lord.
3. And I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all the countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
4. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
5. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a rightous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgement and justice in the earth.
6. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is His name whereby He shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
7. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, Which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;'
8. But, 'The LORD livith, Which brought up and Which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land."

Pastors that do not teach God's Word complete are starving His sheep and driving them away from His trough thereby scattering them to the trough of the evil one. The way of God is narrow and straight. Veering off to a side road to shortcut God's salvation by teaching man's meaningless rituals to save souls the easy way, instead of God's plan to test His people for their love of Him, will cause more souls to be lost than found.

Parables are examples. The word parable in the greek means a parallel or comparison. There are certain parables that Christ said that you must understand, or you will not understand any of his teachings. If you are a true follower of His word, you would learn and teach these things. The two most important for understanding which were taught by Him are the parable of the fig tree and the parable of the sower. The parable of the sower being actually explained to His deciples after speaking these parables to the multitudes. Have you actually researched this fact. Did you know that the things which are taught by the parable of the sower is actually that which is taught by the churches of Smyrna and of Philadelphia? These being the only two churches which had teachings approved of by Christ Himself. Does your church actually teach anything about this, or does it hide it from you?
