The Frederick - North chapter of the MOMS Club was started in January 2002 by a stay-at-home Frederick mom who was looking for a means to meet other nearby moms with similar interests and concerns. Today, the MOMS Club of Frederick - North has approximately 45 members with 80 children. Our business meeting is usually on the 4th Thursday morning every month. Our area is the 21702 zip code, including Willow Brook, Amber Meadows, Shookstown, Walnut Ridge, Old Farm, Whittier, Clover Hill, Clover Ridge, North Crossing and Bethel. ACTIVITIES |

Our calendar has activities for moms and their little ones nearly every day, and includes: Bikes-n-Trikes, Calendar Crew, Coffee Talk, First Time MOMs, Holiday Parties, Little Linguists, Lunch Bunch, MOMS Night Out, Playgroups, Sportsplex, Scrapbooking, Storytime, Toddler Art, Thomas the Train Playgroup, and Tot Explorers, among others. In addition to the calendar activities, we have various service projects such as the annual Preschool Fair, meal delivery to our moms in need, and holiday parties at a local nursing home. |

INTERNATIONAL MOMS CLUB |

|
|
The MOMS Club was started in the fall of 1983. The first local chapter was in Simi Valley, California. Word spread quickly about the wonderful support that the MOMS Club offers at-home mothers and we became a national organization in 1985. Now the International MOMS Club has over 1,500 chapters with more than 75,000 members in seven countries. |
