THE TRUTH ABOUT FAILURE

.... Failure doesn't mean you are a failure

it does mean you haven't succeeded yet....

.... Failure doesn't mean you have accomplished nothing...

it does mean you have learned something...

... Failure doesn't mean you have been a fool...

it does mean you had a lot of faith...

...Failure doesn't mean you have been disgraced...

it does mean you were willing to try...

... Failure doesn't mean you don't have it

it does mean you have to do something in a different way...

... Failure doesn't mean you are inferior ...

it does mean you are not perfect...

... Failure doesn't mean you've wasted your life...

it does mean you have the reason to start afresh...

... Failure doesn't mean you should give up...

it does mean you should try harder...

... Failure doesn't mean you'll never make it ...

it does mean it will take a little longer...

Failure doesn't mean God has abandoned you ...

it does mean God has a better idea !

 

START WITH YOURSELF

The following words were written on the tomb of an Anglican Bishop in the Crypts of Westminister Abbey: When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so l shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.

But it, too, seemed immovable.As I grew into my twilight years, in one last des-perate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.And now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed my self first, then by example I would have changed my family.

From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world.
THE RULES FOR BEING HUMAN

1. You will receive a body.

You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period of this time around.

2. You will learn lessons.

You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called life. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons.

Growth is a process of trial and error: Exper-imentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately "works."

4. A lesson is repeated until learned.

A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.

5. Learning lessons does not end.

There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned .

6. "There" is no better than "here."

When your "there" has become a "here," you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than"here."

7. Others are merely mirrors of you.

You cannot love or hate something about an-other person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What you make of your life is up to you.

You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9. Your answers lie inside you.

The answers to Life's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen and trust.

10. You will forget all this.
