Kuschnereit Families

German Branch

I am afraid I do not know much about my fathers's family in Germany. It is hard when you you do not read German and many records were destroyed in the war. Any help would be appreciated. I do know that I had an uncle Frank and an Aunt Maria that lived in Essen. My cousins Renate and Werner still live there. I also recently received this email:

We've seen your web page when we searched for the name Kuschnereit. Many greetings from Germany. One remark: the German flag shown on your page is the flag of the German Democratic Republic... So, the flag is obsolete since ten years.
