This is great for decorating cookies.
3 Cups powdered sugar
4 to 5 Tablespoons milk
Few drops of food coloring (optional)
Mix sugar and 4 tablespoons milk until well blended. Add additional milk, if necessary, to make of piping consistency.
Stir in food coloring, if desired.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
