Need a caffine pick me up on a hot day? Try this cold version.
6 Tablespoons coffee, any variety
3 cups cold water
2 cups cold milk
Coffee ice cubes or ice cubes
Brew coffee using cold water in coffee maker. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour 1/3 cup chilled coffee into each large glass. Stir 1/2 cup cold milk into each glass. Add coffee ice cubes and sugar to taste, if desired.
Coffee ice cubes: pour cooled coffee into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid. Use to chill iced coffee without diluting flavor.
