Boys who are in fourth grade participate in Cub Scouts as a Webelo. Webelos helps prepare boys to be a Boy Scout. |

| The Arrow of Light badge is earned by Webelos who have shown they are prepared to be a Boy Scout. It is the only badge earned as a Cub Scout that can be worn on the Boy Scout uniform. |
