JMonkey's Cars, or Jason's Rides
This is Jay's first car a 1991 Mitsubishi Mirage, hatch back.  Dubbed the "Ghetto Blaster" by all who knew it.  He had to part ways with the mirage, because of the amount of work it needed.  This included, catalytic converter, new transmission, and a new engine.  An overal fun car, but needed over 5,000 dollars in work.

But this car was only the start of the saga, read on to learn more.
The car lasted 4 months, and he got $50 for the car
Jason's next car was a 1991 Volvo wagon.  This car lasted about 4 months, ran pretty decent untill its fatefull day.  The car failed inspection for sharp corners and emissions.  Paint was alright, but one door was a completely different color.
How was the car totalled? One rainy day, a tree jumped out infront of him,,,,,damn trees,,,,always jumping infront of our cars =(
Why is it ghetto u might ask? Well, the dashboard was fixed with super glue, and the rear hatch was broken into, and didnt have a lock, the stereo smoked when turned on, and the trans never grabbed.
Jay's next car was the Boat, or a Crown Victoria Squire with a 302, 5.0 V8 engine. Has 85,000 miles.  Fits 8 people legally.  Runs pretty well.  It is currently sitting in his drive way due to some mechanical difficulties.  These include: New Trans (or rebuild), Power Steering Pump, and all new gaskets.  Why does it need a new trans, well it wont shift out of 2nd, and is only able to go about 40mph.
No pix yet, soon to be uploaded.
Now his most recent car, is his Camaro.  It is a 1982 Berlinetta Camaro, with an 1983 front end.  It has the 305 packed in there.  Currently 170,000 miles and still running strong.  Needs about $2,000 dollars worth of body repair.  Maroon paint, now fading, primer hood, and quarter panels.  The transmission is starting to fail, and it is in need of a new suspension quite badly.  It is currently sporting 3 different types of tires.  The engine, is spraying oil, all over itself, and has a heavy coating all over the engine bay.  Power steering is leaking quite heavily, and needs refilling every so often.  But other then that, it can lay a strip like nobody's business.
