Five Iron Related Band Info Brave Saint Saturn From members of Five Iron Frenzy comes the launch of a new project, Brave Saint Saturn, and with it a whole new genre of music. Welcome to the final frontier: astro-rock! The project, originally called Astronaut, is certainly a great leap from the usual upbeat ska sound the band usually has. He has enlisted the help of band-mates Dennis Culp and Keith Hoerig in this project, with Micah, Andrew, and Scott playing on the album. The CD, titled So Far From Home, was released June 2000. Reese said “It sounds kind of like Jars of Clay crossed with Smashing Pumpkins with a bunch of astronauts talking over it.” Created by Roper in 1995, Brave Saint Saturn was initially a platform for Roper to express his thoughts on topics traditionally considered dark and emotional. Lyrically this is definitely the dark side of Five Iron Frenzy," explains Roper. The new album, The Light of Things Hoped For, has been released! The End is Here Order "The End is Here" for only $11.7! The End is Here! Five Iron Frenzy has recorded their last show and it’s now available for all Five Iron fans to enjoy.
