Psyduck

Psyducks are water Pokemon with a slight problem. They have a constant headache. This headache is actually the source of their power. When it grows to a full blown migraine, its Psychic abilities come through. It's confusion attacks are incredible, and its leer attack can weaken defenses with ease. After it uses its power, the headaches temporarily subsides, providing temporary relief. Many Psyduck find that swimming increases their control of the pain, so they tend to stay near water. They are nice Pokemon, and can be counted on for a good laugh.
