LSI is proud to offer .925 Fine silver wings, sold separately or in sets. We are able to offer these particular wings because LSI purchased N. S. Meyer & Company's equipment at auction. For years, Meyer set the standard for all U. S. military insignia. The Meyer company continued to make quality sterling silver wings for our military pilots until the beancounters' new requirements for ever more cheaper insignia put them out of business altogether. Because standard military issue wings are now "high quality rhodium oxide plated solid brass" LSI decided to obtain fine silver directly from the U. S. Mint to make the finest United States military pilot wings available anywhere. There are no other silver wings that are as brilliant in appearance as ours.

Shown are solid .925 Fine silver wings. They may not appear true to scale due to display differences and photographs do not capture their true brilliance. Actual wings exceed all AFR 35-10 requirements and are sold individually or in sets. There are two sizes: the 2-inch size for military shirt wear and the 3-inch size for wear on the Dress Blue coat uniform. When ordering (see order form below), please specify wing type and size.
