Fillia is a Gold dragon (Ryuuzuko) priestess of the fire dragon king. (One of Cepheede's five split forms.) She appears first in Slayers: Try. Her main mission is to contract Lina and crew into fulfilling a prophecy of destruction. The gold dragon race has gone to the humans for help because they are foretold to be able to stop the prophecy. Since Lina and crew are some of the strongest around they chose them. (Well, first they chose Luna, Lina's Nee-chan, or older sister, but she declined, and forced Lina to do it.) As they adventure Filia learns that she got a little more than she bargained for in the Slayers team. | |
Fillia is an all around straight arrow, always following the path that is said to be right. After some time with the group, seeing how the dragon's treat them, dealing with Xellos, and finding out some dark secrets about her race she turns away from being a priestess. At the end of try she opens a pottery shop with Jillas and Garvos.
Webmaster's Notes: Fillia is pretty much a for comedy character. In try if kinda leads off like she is in love with Valgaav. There is nothing wrong with this I just find the Xellos/Fillia coupling to be just much more amusing.
