You have to rub your hands together in a circular motion for about 20 seconds and then hold them apart from eachother. You should be able to feel the energy between your palms. The energy may feel very warm it mayl tingle. When you get used to this, you can start shaping it in to a ball or make it longer, shorter, bigger or smaller. You can also imagine its colour: maybe its loads of tones and shades of blue or even multicoloured. I like to imagine it as a galaxy in a sphere. Play with this energy and get used to it.
When you've finished, release the good energy into the world or put the energy back into your stomach or solar plexus.
