Ok, for all of you that don't know, my name is Neva Lassley. I was born August 7,1979 in Springfield, MO. I have one brother, Daniel, and one sister, Melissa. Dan is younger, 20,and Mel is 30. My parents are Ray and Carol Lassley. We still get on each others nerves a lot, but I am glad I have such a great family!
My Dad is the pastor of Cass Chapel Baptist Church in Fordland, MO, so I have a strong religious background that I am very proud of. Throughout my 24 years I have met several wonderful people. It is hard being a P.K. (preacher's kid ;)), but in the end I think it is worth it. The part I hate the most is changing churches. We have been at our church for about 4 years, and Dad doesn't plan to leave anytime soon.
I love music! Any kind is fine with me, except I'm not much of an opera person or heavy metal either. My family is very musical. My Dad and Mom sing, as do the rest of us. Dad and Daniel play the guitar (I can play 2 songs!!! :)) Mel and Mom play the piano (I can play it, but not as well as them. I just hate to practice it because I have trouble reading the bass cleft notes :() Mel plays the fiddle some too, but not as much as me.
HMMM. Well lately I've been doing a LOT of geneology. It's pretty cool. Now I know I have about every kind of blood in me. LOL. Mainly British, Irish, German, and French. That's just my mom's side.
My sister is probably my best friend. We do a lot of stuff together and have a lot of fun. My family is crazy!! I think we inherited it from my mom's side! When her side of the family gets together we laugh all the time at silly stuff. My dad's side of the family is pretty crazy too, but I don't think they can match mom's side! Love ya guys!
