C.R. Associates, established in 1998, specializes in training & development, and provides the following services: training development, training delivery, technical writing, creative writing, photography (film and digital), special mailings, and PowerPoint presentations.

Company Profile

CRA is a training and development company. We create corporate training programs for soft skills training, and service training. We also write service documentation, user documentation, video scripts, and design special presentations. CRA is a member of the Henrietta Commerce Network (HCN), Rochester Professional Consultant's Network (RPCN), and the Society for Technical Communication (STC).

The pilot program, delivered to Bernard Haldane Associates of Rochester, NY was a huge success. Vincent P. Rosella is the owner of CRA and his wife, Rosanne, is the CFO. Vincent has a Master of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Vincent is a former Director of Training for Eastman Kodak Company and has worked for smaller companies, all specializing in developing training, documentation, and communications.  He is an experienced Instructional Designer and has designed and delivered training for Kodak, Xerox, Wal-Mart, IBM and others. He has direct marketing and sales experience with documented successes in acquiring new customers for his former employers.
