Alright I got some new info on the Release date on FF7AC and it is not going to be 3/14/05 but it might be. The Reason why I'm saying it is not is because gamespot.com had 3/14/05 as the release date but just recently has changed it back to TBA (To Be Announced) But the Movie should be comming out real soon over in Japan I just hope that the America release is not too far off... Ok lets get started... Here you are going to learn about the characters of Final fantasy VII Advent Children there are said to be 20 but these are all that have been seen up to this point. Whether they are pre-existing FFVII characters or new characters is currently unknown.
Name: Cloud Strife

Bio: Cloud is quite obviously the main character in the movie, as he was in the game. He's changed his outlook a bit and he's also quite frantic when it comes to swords. He's got several different swords mounted up on the sides of his motorcycle which, by the way, has been confirmed to bear the name of 'Fenrir' - another reoccuring name in the Final Fantasy series, often in the form of a summon.

Bio: In the various trailers, you see Sephiroth re-appear in the form of a flashback. That's all I've have seen of him, so what role he has in the movie is so far unknown. Some people believe that he has some kind of connection to the 'mysterious three', at least. Their mutual silvery hair is their main argument.

Bio: Oh yes! Vincent is also back. You can see him jump down from a tree in an earlier trailer, and in the E3 trailer you get to see a bit more of his splendor. Just like Barret and Tifa, no facts about possible story-involvements have been revealed.

Bio: The first of the three mysterious men you can see in the trailer(s). It's obvious that all three are against Cloud, which would logically make them "the bad guys". Kadaj is the one you see having a swordfight with Cloud in the ruins of Midgar.

Bio: Yes, Cloud's childhood friends is also back. A fresh, updated look, but still as skilled with her hands and feet as ever. The E3 trailer shows her fighting Loz in hand-to-hand combat.

Bio: Barret makes a return in FF7: AC. You see him for a split second in one of the trailers. He looks a bit different from the game. No information regarding his involvement in the story has been found, except for that he's on Cloud's side of course (naturally).

Bio: The second of the three bad guys. He appears to be the oldest of the group. His combat skills have been noted for his fight in the trailer with Cloud, and he has an extremely fast attack that may be a limit break, or an example of Materia in action.

Bio: Ah, yes. In one of the trailers you get to see a flashback of Cloud lowering Aeris into the lake after her death. I doubt though that she'll serve any other purpose than just flashbacks and memories.

Bio: The last of the three. You see him using a weapon, very much resembling a gunblade, in the trailer with the fight in the forest. He's shooting at Cloud as he zooms through the trees on his motorcycle. Some sources call his weapon "Velvet Nightmare". As with the others, nothing is really known story-wise.

Bio: She's grown older, Marlene's exact roll in the movie is still unknown; however, there has been information released in various magazines that lends some evidence to the fact that she may be playing an important roll in the movie.

Bio: The new magazine scan proves a most welcome return. The Turks are back. Reno (and Rude) worked against Cloud and co. in the game because of their employment at ShinRa, but now that ShinRa is but a mere memory, whose side will they be on?

Bio: Cid is tough - talking warm - hearted old pilot who hasn't forgotten his dreams. There is no better pilot by air or sea. Only one image has been released of Cid so far, with no information. Bio: Denzel appears to be one of the orphans who lives with Tifa. Whether he is related in any way to Marlene or the "children" theme of the movie is not known.

Bio: Just as his name implies, he is an animal with fire red fur. But under his fierce exterior is an intelligence surpassing that of any humans's. Like Cid, only one image has been released of Red XIII and no information. Therefore his role in Advent Children is of course unknown at this time.

Bio: Although you'd never know it by looking at her, Yuffie comes from a long line of Ninja. 2 years ago she forced herself into cloud's party just to get a 'certain something'. There has only been one photo of Yuffie release and no information. Therefore her role in advent children is unknown as of this time.

Bio: Nothing is known about this one. A cloaked character, sitting in a wheelchair in some dark, gloomy building. In the trailer, one of the mysterious men bows down before him/her, so some kind of connection between them is quite obvious. Many fans like to speculate in the possibility of this being a returning character. Hojo, Rufus, or Sephiroth himself have all been brought up for discussion.
Well I'm sorry to say but that is all the characters that have been released... I will keep up to date on any NeW characters though...

Here is a trailer that was aired at the Jump Festival it is the best quality that I could find. To tell the truth it is the second trailer in the series of three to be released it has the first shots of vincent and Barret in the trailer. This Video runs 1min. and 59sec.

ThiS is the part when I tell you what the Movie it self will be about and when it is going to come OuT...
The film which continues the plot of the hit-game Final Fantasy VII is shrouded in mystery. Very few characters have been revealed, and not much is known about the plot. Its estimated time of arrival is sometime Winter 2004, and it'll be released directly on DVD, bypassing the cinemas. Since it's more than one hour long, it's considered a full-length movie.
The story takes place two years after the end of Final Fantasy VII. The planet has become a peaceful place, industry and cities seem to be in ruins. However most of the surviving people have been affected by "Star Scar" syndrome (or Seikon-Shoukougun in Japanese).
Cloud has been living alone, likely having lost those who were his friends and companions in FFVII. He feels some guilt as to what he had done in attempting to save the world. Was it the right thing to do? Was it all worth it. He feels alone in the world as it is now.
In the trailers, we see Cloud riding through the ruins of Midgar. He is attacked by kadja with what looks to be some kind of energy weapon. A sword fight takes place between Cloud and kadja. The enemy has silver hair (although shorter than Sephiroth's) and wears tight black clothing.
We also see kadja bowing down to a person shrouded in a white sheet or cape from head to toe. He reaches out to take his hand and bows before him. A flashback of Sephiroth then appears on the screen. Is there some kind of relationship here?
In one of the trailer Cloud can be scene rideing his bike through the forest of the city of the ancients. With Kadja, Yazoo, and Loz fireing some sort of gun at him the bike fades off and Cloud can be scene fighting Loz he get hit into the woods and Yazoo turn and fires at him. Why are they fighting???
It is said that Marlene and her "friends" would play an important role. In FF7AC but what could kadja and his brothers want with the children???
Reno and Rude can be scene fighting Yazoo and Loz which can only mean that Reno and Rude one of the many enemies in FF7 are in fact on Clouds side this time. But why???
In the beginning scenes of the trailers Cloud is scene lowering Aerith into the water of the city of the ancients. In recent photos Cloud is haveing dreams of her but will she remain just a dream? Will Aerith make a return or will so stay a memory...
