I live in a log/frame home on 12 beautiful acres in Jefferson, GA with my husband, Edwin Craft and 7 semi-feral cats. I worked full-time in the insurance industry for 32 years; am now semi-retired (work when I want to and set my own schedule...mostly training and  consulting).  Edwin has been retired since 1999 from Bell South.

Edwin and I love to travel, especially out west and on one of our motorcycles. We recently completed an 8000-mile trip across the country from Jefferson to LA to DC and back, combining it with the annual Run for the Wall in which we participate. I love to cook, read, garden, and make homemade soap/bath products (using my home-grown herbs). I love music passionately, playing guitar and learning piano and banjo. We volunteer annually with Best Friends Animal Snctuary in Kanab, UT. In addition, I have worked on 2 Habitat for Humanity Women Build projects and will  work on another later this year.

I lost my parents in 2001 and 2002. Edwin lost his in 1989 and 1993. My only sibling, Mark, is 6 years younger than me & lives with his wife, Martha,  their two Goldens, barncat & 2 mini-donks in Cox's Crrek,KY, near Louisville. Edwin's 3 older brothers, Jimmy, Nelson and Doag, & their families live close-by in Jefferson, Winder and Buford. I am very close to my Fouraker cousins, who live in Ga and Fl. My two best frinds are Debbie Milligan, Denver, CO and Terri Armour, Flowery Branch, GA. Debbie and I went to High School in GA. together and  have known each other since 1972. Terri and I roomed together for several years and have known each other since 1983.
