Commissioner James Gordon. This was a fun custom.  I used a Mr. Sinister head with new hair, new facial features and sculpted mustache and eyebrows.  The glasses were sculpted as well and the pipe is part sculpt part toothpick. The suit is from the EP Humphrey Bogart figure. Woo-Hoo! New sewing!
