The headlines can read almost anything these days, and it becomes a disaster. The sheer volume of people in some areas makes disaster releif a necessity, and Lions Clubs are there to help, with other agencies. Moving one or two million people is not an easy task. The logistics are incredible: food, accomodations, pet supplies, just the amount of band aids is staggering.
