It has been three weeks...three weeks since Yusuke left for Makai. It was also when he left Keiko behind. The pain pierced inside him like a cold knife. He stared at the stars above, thinking of what she was doing at the moment. Was she thinking of him? Is she starting to miss him? Yusuke sat up, face down. He never really thought of it like this. He promised to come back for her in a matter of three years, but it's only been weeks and he's already missing her. If only he'd come back, but he couldn't. He has to obey Raizen and pass his training. His will to battle his father again is still strong, but the will to see his beloved again was stronger. He usually mumbles her name in his sleep, hoping when he wakes up she'll be with him...but whenever he opens his eyes...she wasn't there. Yusuke sighed as the wind blew gently on his face...

Keiko laid in her bed...staring at a certain picture. "Yusuke..." she would always think about him...she knows she agreed to meet him after three years...but it looks like she can't stand even a day without him. She usually cries in her bed, feeling cold and alone. Of course there was Yukina, Shizuru and Genkai-baasan to be with her. If only she could be like Botan, then maybe she could see Yusuke again. Keiko looked up at her window...thinking of Yusuke smiling down at her...hoping he was thinking of her the same way...

Yusuke sighed again, with his arms behind his back. He couldn't sleep so he decided to stay out for the night. He'll be battling Kurama and Hiei...he knows that. "Keiko" he misses her so badly. A thought struck him....what if she gives up on him and loves someone else?! The thought of it made him shiver, swearing to himself he'll live for Keiko and come back for her when the battles are over. He just hopes she could wait...

Over the two worlds, they both thought of the moments together. Laughing, smiling, even nothing to do except be with each other. The time Keiko hugged him after every battles, how she took care of him before his battle with Toguro. How she still held him in her arms even after his battle with Sensui and that long hair coming down his body.They both laughed at the moments, only wishing they would come back...

The moments...they were together. The moments...those sweet moments, even since childhood, Yusuke liked Keiko, he just doesn't want to show her. He was stubborn, he knows that. But Keiko still loved him no matter what. She cried for him a lot of times...wasting her tears over nothing. He wouldn't even stop for her sake. If only he expressed his love for her when he had the chance...

Yusuke...Yusuke...Yusuke...Keiko fell down her bed, burying her eyes on her pillow. Her pillows got drenched by tears, signs that Keiko loves him...loves him dearly. If Yusuke didn't come back, if he doesn't come back...she doesn't know what she'll do. But he promised he'll be back, and they'll be happy together when he does. Keiko have the exact words to say...she'll tell him how much she loves him, hoping he still hasn't forgotten his promise. Rain started to fall on both worlds, but none of them both cared. For them, the rain just signifies their feeling now...alone and gloomy...all alone with no one to hold.

The wind blew hardly on the drenched Yusuke, blowing his jacket away knocking out a small piece of paper. Yusuke stared at it, remembering what it was. The wind blew again, turning the paper over. Keiko! It was Keiko's picture! The thing Yusuke cared for all the time he was in Makai. The wind blew again, this time strongly enough to take the picture with it. Yusuke chased it, not knowing what to do without it.

"Yusuke!" Keiko was startled. The wind blew, taking a picture in Keiko's hands with it. Keiko widened her eyes, her picture with Yusuke! That was the only picture she has with him, she won't let it go!

The scene now is being divided, one scene with Yusuke and one with Keiko. Yusuke was still chasing the picture and Keiko running outside to find it. Yusuke was still running, shouting curses to the elements to bring Keiko back. Keiko was walking in her front yard looking for the picture. Back to Yusuke, he lost the picture. He fell down his knees as tears started to fall. That was it, how could he survive in Makai without that thing?! Yusuke buried his face in his hands, thinking about her. Scene back to Keiko. She was still running around the yard, peeking on every bush trying to find the picture. She was about to burst out in tears if she won't find it...

The wind blew in the opposite direction this time. Yusuke got hit by something from the wind. He opened his eyes and to his delight, the picture of Keiko was stuck on his face! Keiko, also found the picture. She ran to it and held it close to her heart. Tears started to fall as she whispered Yusuke's name. Yusuke, this time, was staring at Keiko's picture, his eyes turning watery. He kissed it desperately, his heart thumping inside him. Both looked up at the moon at the same time, hoping they would see each other once more, hoping they would be together once again....
