·         Authored the Foundation website’s scientific and medical content, in consultation with recognized medical experts in the area of scleroderma research.

·         Rewrote the Foundation handbook to make it more accessible to scleroderma patients.

·         Developed and introduced phone scripts to improve the consistency and effectiveness of the Foundation’s message.

·         Established the Foundation’s first literature database with over 1200 references.

·         Contributed summary of aminoglycoside-drug interactions in NDA that was submitted to the Indian regulatory agency for eventual approval of paromomycin for treatment of visceral leischmaniasas.

·         Summarized clinical data of some of the Institute’s lead compounds for international drug applications.

·         Wrote validated procedures for Genentech’s first high-speed drug-packaging line using the 21 CFR Part 11-compliant NovaManage, the electronic document-management and auditing system.
