Robert and Marie Laken founded the "Faith Works" Trust as a Christian Charity in 1996 with the aim of establishing a Retreat, Resource and Activity Centre.

SPRING MEADOW BARN stands on a 17 acre site of meadow and woodland in the heart of the Hertfordshire (England) countryside.
