Karen is trying to write a novel based on a fictional race of vampire aliens called the Shaytonians. One possible character for this novel has been used as a character in the ASR Star Trek on-line role playing game. http://alt-starfleet-rpg.org/

You can see this character Lisa in action on the YAMATO. Or Karen's attempt at playing men, Eddie O'Dailey on the Yorktown and Dr Jules Macdonald on the Andromeda
