Seed-Sewing Cloth Book
This picture shows the covers of the copyrighted Seed-Sewing Cloth Books.
The yellow cover is corduroy, the blue cover is denim. The bears are made of red calico and are holding signs reading "Love beareth all things..." 1 Corinthians 13:7.
The pages in the book are almost 12" square. There are 12 pages, each one containing an activity for a young child to enjoy, such as matching shapes and colors, zipping, lacing and tying, telling time, buttoning and counting. Many of the pages contain a scripture. Each book is quality hand-crafted and very durable. The book can create a quiet time for child and parent to have fun together!

This is the first page in the book.
The "lights" are attached with velcro and made of 2 layers of felt. When not on the traffic light, they can be stored in the corner pocket. The scripture on this page is Matthew 5:16..."Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."

Here are the middle pages of the book.
When the "clothing" is not hung on the line, it may be stored in the clothes basket. The scripture on this page is Matthew 6:28,29..."So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these."

This is the last page of the book.
This last page features an abacus. The alternating heart-shaped and round beads are fastened securely to the page so that they cannot come loose. The scripture on this page is James 1:2,3..."My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." As you can see, the back cover has a place to put the child's name. There is also a large denim pocket underneath the nameplate. Because it blends in, you cannot see it in the picture.
